Between July 28 and 30, the Romanian and European cybersecurity ecosystem relocates its operations to Diplomatic Mamaia.

CyberSea Festival 2026 takes the institutional decision-makers, the tech giants, and the independent talent out of the boardrooms and puts them in a shared, 72-hour operational perimeter 400 meters from the Black Sea.

The daytime agenda is strictly technical execution. Hands-on workshops, live demonstrations, and continuous CTF challenges replace the standard keynote format. The people holding the microphone are active practitioners. The people sitting next to you are the ones writing the national cyber policies.

The daily risk assessment shifts at 16:00. The environment transitions into concerts, shoreline activations, and unstructured access to the exact people who usually require a three-month waiting period for a formal meeting.

The theme for this edition is CyberLANTIS: The Digital Legend Awaits. A metaphor for the digital ecosystem as it actually exists, fascinating, highly complex, and entirely vulnerable if left unchecked.

CyberSea is organized by Women4Cyber România, part of the European Women4Cyber initiative (ECSO), in partnership with DNSC, ECCC, and a network of institutional and corporate partners who understand that visibility is infrastructure too.

The CTF infrastructure runs on isolated, air-gapped servers. The water temperature in late July is around 24°C. Both of these metrics dictate the tempo of the event.
